I guess I'll start...

My name is "officially" Beth,and I am a long time Democrat,long-time nurse,and basically a long-time rabble-rouser.I am so grateful to have my online friends in the progressive world as an outlet,as I live in an area with an 80% Republican Tea Party evangelical  Christian base.....so,my "friends" are you all.I had brain surgery about 2 months ago,but am getting back to my old self again(don't know if that's good or bad),and can't wait to get back to work(when the docs finally let me).Turning 50 was a tough year for me...but things are looking better on the horizen....Thanks for your friendship.
